Restaurant: The Chinese Library

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屋企人好鍾意飲茶食點心,趁住假日就同佢地嚟到大館嘅The Chinese Library,既可以行下大館,又可以品嚐中西合璧嘅free-flow dim sum lunch🥢魚香脆茄子最有驚喜,本身以為係類似平時食嗰啲有醬汁嘅魚香茄子,原來係脆炸茄子條配蝦米,茄子一層層疊起,打卡一流📸茄子炸得外脆內軟,加上蝦米提鮮,味道同樣一流😋煙燻四喜素卷係用腐皮包住蘿蔔絲等材料,口感豐富,而且煙燻味都好突出👍黑蒜燒賣都唔錯,有大大粒蝦肉🦐要留意返,啲點心係一份份為單位,餐廳會按人數準備,唔似食日式放題咁可以逐件壽司逐片刺身咁叫,所以記得食得晒先好嗌😉
