一向唔太好燒味,返工lunch更加未食過。今日忽然心血來潮好想食燒肉油雞飯,一放lunch就周圍去搵。係上環搵燒臘舖好易,但係要搵一間價格相宜嘅就有難度喇。上菜係極快,左面待應落完單,右面已經上例湯,呷咗一淡,左面碟飯就已經嚟咗,跟手右面就遞張單嚟,真係目不暇給呀。例湯嘛,就係例湯…碟飯上枱時,差啲咇一聲笑出嚟。全部燒肉係頭上腳下咁插入飯裡面,好似唔知乜野意外現場咁。將佢地反轉,見到好多都無皮,有皮既就算由外觀都睇得出唔脆。可能因為燒肉切得太細,碎濕濕所以容易甩皮甩骨,好難覺得自己食緊燒肉。肉就幾淡,通常最咸既沙梨篤都淡而無味,可想而知其他部份有幾淡口,唯有同雞一樣點薑蓉調味啦。雞只有甜豉油味,脂肪以係燒味店嚟講唔算多,但都係缺乏雞味,不過好在都算幾滑。公平咁講,呢度比起其他一般燒味店唔算差。 聽講話係米芝蓮食府,好似有啲誇張喎,定係我對米芝蓮期望過高呢?

雞只有甜豉油味,脂肪以係燒味店嚟講唔算多,但都係缺乏雞味,不過好在都算幾滑。
公平咁講,呢度比起其他一般燒味店唔算差。 聽講話係米芝蓮食府,好似有啲誇張喎,定係我對米芝蓮期望過高呢?
