To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與主品牌一致，走簡約路線。選擇唔多，不過水準穩定，好彩，偶爾都有新餐牌。主打的瑞典肉丸，以前係配薯蓉。龍蝦湯唔錯三文魚菜堡，好食肉眼排配薯仔甜品係杏仁餅，略嫌偏甜瑞典肉丸配薯仔，感覺冇咁漏煙三文魚沙律，跟醬，點埋醬略嫌偏鹹雖然多人，不過應該坐耐都冇人理，算幾好HEA有機會試埋凍蝦杯先。
