第一次到ICC 101 ,總擔心氣壓會令耳仔唔舒服,原來一D事都冇😂當天被安排坐在落地玻璃窗前,能夠一面望住點點星光🌟一面享受美食,真係現在呢個非常時期透透氣嘅最好方法🥰同行友人一早做足功課,知道大廚係一位法籍女仕,曾於倫敦Robuchon任職,點都有返咁上下😅法國菜出名精緻,每個菜上枱都好似藝術品,呢度上黎嘅菜雖然賣相都討好,但望落去比較「簡單」,其實原來一D都「不簡單」🤭就好似龍蝦🦞、鹿肉🦌及甜品Soufflé 😊要講返另一「不簡單」嘅係個Menu,有別於傳統規定要前菜、主菜、甜品咁規律,一個價錢$780任㨂三項,理念非常好,有D人比較揀飲擇食(講緊我自己)可以悉隨尊便選擇,真係不失時尚😄3款餐前小食😋豆腐、乳酪打成泡沫,上面果塊係西米+墨魚汁制成嘅脆片,食落味道好fresh粒狀:黑毛豬、薯蓉-普通左D卷狀:鯛魚、吞拿魚,外面以薄脆包,幾特別👍🏻1. 黑胡椒汁及椰子foam,用龍蝦造成皮再包返龍蝦肉夠特別!不過椰子泡沫味道太淡,食唔出。

上枱時係用雀巢盛載,有陣濃烈煙分味,好香!而下圖將雀仔細分後再送上檯,皮脆肉亂就係最好形容啦👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Savoy cabbage/ Foie gras/ Salsify
用簿椰菜包住鹿肉,內臧鵝肝,真係好特別嘅組合👍🏻👍🏻肉質鮮嫩、個汁亦配合到個味,不過鵝肝味道唔出,有D嘥😅
