To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 曾經是米芝蓮一星的添好運,今天見沒有什麼人,就入去叫了牛筋腩烏冬,等了20分鐘,烏冬是溫的,牛筋腩是凍的,曾經的米芝蓮都如此,真係「冇啖好食」!我本來都唔想出聲,俾錢嘅時候居然問我係唔係好好食。咁我只可以照實答啦,佢仲話面係即刻煮嘅我話面又唔熱,牛筋腩仲係凍嘅,點解會係咁呢? $50一碗,用一個好細嘅碟裝住,真係難睇到呢…香港嘅飲食業絕對係唔易做,本來真的想支持本港企業,希望香港不負美食天堂的美譽,但真的很失望
