To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經是第二次光顧這家酒店, 一樣都有七折優惠。今次主題是泰國食品,所以提供了好多不同種類的泰國佳餚,例如有泰國沙律、 豬頸肉、冬陰功湯。另外,也有長腳蟹、青口和凍蝦。今次令人比較驚喜的是,餐廳有提供燒鵝。不過燒鵝略為肥美和比較多脂肪,相比其他菜式來說,就遜色一點。值得一讚是,經理和待應的態度非常好和禮貌,換碟速度非常快,環境非常整齊和衛生。強烈推薦自家製甜筒,即叫即整, 今次還有泰國的雪葩雪糕,可以嘗試一下。 還有招牌的榴槤雪糕,十分美味。泰式甜品略甜,如減少糖分,會更為吸引。泰國食品已根據香港人的味道調整了一番,所以連我這個不能吃辣的人,也能吃。 冬陰功湯有少少辣和少少麻,味道恰當。今次還贈送生日蛋糕, 是藍莓芝士蛋糕, 不足一磅, 是一個人的份量剛剛好。
