To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南記真係由細食到大,由$22食到依家要$28🥺 究竟係物價上賬得太快吖定自己已經老啦~旺角依間南記要行一條頗長樓梯上去,唔太方便,後來知道原來有lift搭……鋪面有兩邊,但都唔夠位,人太多,又排長龍,收銀阿姐又太熱情,每個客都要細心解釋有咩食,有咩可以加,要唔要野飲,救命,條隊長到就黎到隔離舖啦🤦🏻‍♀️食物:例牌 鴛鴦米,係鴛鴦米唔係招牌米,由細叫到大,唔明點解明明有三種送但又叫鴛鴦米,但南記阿姐無一個唔明,就算當行內術語咁叫啦,千祈唔好改呀,鴛鴦米,正!春卷啖啖肉,牛丸彈牙,魚蛋一般,但一定一定落秘製辣椒醬,唔落同無食過一樣。一定要試,唔係辣椒油,係辣椒醬呀!之前仲有冬菜可以加,依家就無lu, 真係好掛念
