之前食咁多次立鮨都係企起度食,今次終於有得坐啦!每次食都要叫火炙海苔吞拿魚腩壽司,火炙過後吞拿魚腩魚油出哂黎,再配上脆脆既紫菜,入口即化大吞拿魚腩壽司又係入口即溶,係幸福既美道喔活赤貝壽司口感爽口又唔會腥,非常鮮味!比較特別既係牡丹蝦配上火炙蝦膏,令味道更鮮更有層次!海膽配上松葉蟹肉2款貴價食材,蟹肉鮮味再海鮮甜海膽,唔會腥,鮮味double up!另外都好鍾意食立鮨既玉子,甜甜的又夠厚身!立鮨食左咁多次都可以keep住個質素,真係值得一再回頭
