突破美食方程式日式餐廳在香港實在太普及,能夠令人吃過之後留下好印象代表餐廳背後認真有努力過。長阪燒厲害之處是前門的自家製梅酒以及各式酒品,相當大程度地讓食客嘗到人性化的飲食配搭。而我又被餐廳的oyster set季節限定吸引了,定價吸引的確是其中主因,想不到餐廳還做到貨源統一,我雖然對st. Martini生蠔產地認識不深,仍能欣賞到當中一致的質量,幾乎已經滿足而忘記接下來的和食,事實上,要一次過吃盡餐廳美食還是不可能。串燒之中,海鹽燒牛胸腹的味道最突出,能夠做到汁燒入味而不焦,可以啖啖肉吃下去都非常滿意。

串燒之中,海鹽燒牛胸腹的味道最突出,能夠做到汁燒入味而不焦,可以啖啖肉吃下去都非常滿意。
