三年悠長假期, 初嚐廚師發板, 期間試過唔少鮨店. 幾個月前, 暑期工 “神路” 推介食 “牛” 嘅廚師發板! “神路” 識威識食識使錢, 我梗係即刻上 “開飯嘞” 做下功課, 睇下乜料. Yakiniku 主攻牛嘅稀有部位, 即場幫你燒埋, 望落幾有趣, 決定一試.🍽 餐廳環境幽暗, 設一張L型吧枱, 大約20個座位, 另外四張私隱度高嘅四人方枱. 今日點咗 Omakase Kiwami (極), $980+10%, 包括九款肉類料理, 兩款蔬菜.🍣  牛肉他他壽司, 配甜蝦. 生牛肉本身應該係冇味嘅, 口感似吞拿魚茸, 自己加豉油, 幾得意, 可惜紫菜唔夠脆.🐂 Shakushi (杓口). 燒單面, 7秒, 配泡沫豉油 (黃色方粒), 牛肉同埋豉油粒係口裏面慢慢溶化, 有趣喎!🐂 Umawi. 五成熟, 肉身較腍, 點七味粉, 正!🍀 甜番薯, 鹿兒島. 配牛油, 正常.🐂 Misuji (三筋). 燒兩面, 各3秒, 油脂分佈平均,  點自家秘製醬油, 入口即溶, 一流! 聽講係最受歡迎嘅部位. 🐂 Dai-Sankaku (大三角). 口感幾似Misuji, 唔錯!🐖 豬腩肉

🤗 總結: 晚市做兩輪, 用餐節奏略為急促. 服務員負責烤肉, 調味, 又耐心解釋牛嘅部位同埋烹調方法, 十分讚, 整體服務滿意. 我唔係牛肉專家, 食到後期, 唔同位置嘅牛味開始糢糊, 雖然好食, 難有驚喜. “牛” 嘅廚師發板非常有趣, 值得一試.
