To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 米芝蓮推介既一星食店，一定要試下係咪真係咁好食！！！今次揀左大角咀呢間分店，貪佢無其餘分店咁多人，咁逼酥皮焗叉燒包 $20叉燒包好難想像用酥皮包住，咬落去，酥皮似菠蘿包味道鬆脆既，裡面既叉燒餡多又香，好食黃沙豬潤腸 $23黃沙豬潤夠香，而且一啲都唔韌身，用滑溜既腸粉皮包住，一齊係個口度融化而且好少地方有黃沙豬潤腸食，一定要試最愛呢個呀鮮蝦燒賣皇 $30燒賣好香蝦味，而且彈牙食落冇肥豬肉破壞口感，不錯雜菜鮮蝦春卷 $25菜好多，鮮蝦冇乜雖然整體炸得好脆好香，但略嫌普通沙律海皇卷 $25幾乎整條都係沙律，充斥住沙律味，冇見到海鮮既蹤影抵讚既係個炸粉脆身，冇淋到，但整體十分普通所以唔推介！唔推介！唔推介！真心覺得添好運係性價比高既米芝蓮餐廳，未試既真係快啲去食啦！都希望佢一直可以keep到個水準，等大家一路都咁有口福啦好味指數（5粒最高）：
