仲有不得不提既係個鹽燒海鰻,外皮香脆,肉都有少少鹽味,同平時食開既蒲燒鰻魚唔同味,但絕對係好食,令人驚喜之作,同友人之後再點多一人一串。
黎到knutsford點可以唔飲酒,友人推介飲梅酒,亦係意想不到既易入口,偏甜,但都有19%alcohol,適合同朋友傾計小酌。
另外都點左和牛串,牛油果蟹肉壽司,蟹肉炒飯,味道都ok。
價錢中上,唔算好貴,值得推介。






To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
