To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 看完山頂的夜景,不免飢腸轆轆,但凌霄閣內可選擇的餐廳就只有這幾家似乎都不太便宜的樣子最後還是選擇了這家"香港地茶餐廳"菜單上的價格約在$25~70港幣,尚在可以接受的範圍就安心坐下來點餐,人雖多,但也無需候位太久王小民的把拔看到菜單上有這道名稱奇特的炒麵一時好奇,點來嚐嚐看最高肉絲炒麵的本尊長這樣果然是堆高高的港式炒麵,麵條口感像未煮過的泡麵,脆脆硬硬的麵體搭上肉絲和沾醬,其實還滿好吃的王小民想點炒飯,卻被把拔誤叫成乾炒牛河他說炒得油膩膩,害他胃口全失,只好猛扒我的白飯我點黑椒豬扒,中間突起來的不是肉丸子,而是牛扒的弧度口味算中規中矩,無啥特殊之處最後結帳$196,折合台幣將近$800
