To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 花鵰雪裡紅浸鱸魚--鱸魚跟雪裡紅的香氣貌合神離,魚肉削口兼魚味輕;略有所失的浸鱸魚!

茶樹菇象拔蚌鹿筋--簡單直接的煮法,光靠各食材的天然鮮味湊成的一道菜!

茭白上湯皇帝菜--茭白乃屬筍類,比起平常吃到的爽脆多,再用上湯皇帝菜入饌,更添貴氣!

羊肉雙面黃及海鮮雙面黃--兩者均帶餘脆的麵條,比較之下,羊肉的柔嫩技高一籌!

驢打滾--煙韌的糯米粉皮極之耐嚼,甜度也恰到好處.

桂花南瓜糕--清甜順喉的桂花糕.

壽包--白蓮蓉甜度輕,質香滑;唯欠了蛋黃這主角...
