To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日式刺身同樣是我的最愛,除了三文魚刺身是必食外,欣賞這兒的壽司做得的骰精緻,就算多吃幾件也毫無負擔。

胃納有限的關係,沒有試勻所有熱葷,但賣相看來相當對辦,當中最推介花膠頭抽炒珍菌、金沙炒蝦仁、東江雞和烤牛腰扒,獲得長輩們的一致好評。

Live Station當中最受歡迎的有北京填鴨,即切的關係能保持皮脆肉嫩,令人不知不覺間便吃上了幾件。即燒海鮮亦是大熱之選,當中首推肉厚的燒扇貝,鮮甜肥美。

主菜過後開始轉攻甜品區,大家一致推介即製窩夫,以外脆內軟的窩夫配Mövenpick雪糕,再加上自選配料讓人相當滿足,另外不要錯過冰糖雪燕燉北海道4.3牛乳蛋白,牛乳蛋白滑溜之外面層還有燕窩作綴,是女士的美顏之選。最後竟還有即場製作的火焰雪山,壓軸的驚喜成為自助餐的高潮位置。

「任飲」是自助餐的加分位,除了不用額外費用外,飲品吧實在是充滿誠意,除了汽水以外還有健康的蔬果汁,而這次竟然有金裝青島啤酒,而不是那些平價的雜牌生啤呢!
