次次黎親銅鑼灣都諗食d乜野 西餐韓式日本野已經冇乜新意, 最近聽人講係銅鑼灣開左一間百年老店 係食燘鍋嘅, 我就懷住一個好奇既心情去食呢間餐廳睇下係食d乜野既 餐廳係time square後面 經過鵝頸橋街市南記轉左就係 位置雖然遠左少少 但係為左食好西就冇辦法啦 一上到去就已經聞到好大陣中藥御膳味 睇到餐牌上面寫著燜鍋已經係有百幾年既歷史 連皇帝啊都食 見到餐牌上面有各式各樣嘅燜鍋 睇落去每一款都非常濃郁惹味見到咁多款我哋都唔知係邊個好我哋就問左個侍應 邊款比較好食佢就建議我地選擇 自選組合鍾意食乜就食乜 我地就揀左5樣甜魚 帆立貝肥牛金菇 三黃雞 海蝦開始既時候侍應將黃豆油 放係鍋中間然後再放上 大量蔬菜與西芹蘿蔔 再加埋店舖的秘製醬汁 在上面加上 自選組合的食物 鋪滿整個鍋 非常吸睛 然後蓋燜10分鐘 淨係香味已經足夠令到我地流曬口水必食推介一定係肥牛金菇 因為肥牛金菇比較吸味吸曬秘製醬汁鉗魚都唔錯非常鮮甜爽口 最緊要係冇骨唔會朁親口 海蝦亦非常彈牙 蝦頭位置佈滿濃汁帆立貝都好大粒 食落去好新鮮最最最重要既就一定係要食埋d配菜 因為完美地吸曬所有藥膳既濃汁如果食完仲未夠喉, 中
