Restaurant: Fameux Cuisine (Hung Hom Bay Centre)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過佢哋門口開始落雨,原來係百年一遇大暴雨來臨,門外見餐牌有梅菜扣肉飯$50凍飲加兩蚊,有懷疑,咁平!落雨天留客,入去試試啦!同扣肉初次見面有驚喜,真係梅菜扣肉,唔係嗰啲梅菜“瘦”肉,仲係飯餸分開,居然有唔少份量學斗墊底,梅菜夠香冇沙,扣肉腍化唔係柴,呢個價錢超值,唔夠喉要多個節瓜粉絲蝦米$62,可能覺得細咗,味道好,冇煮一擗嘢,廚房師傅有料到,環境就普通,唔係而家嗰類茶餐廳大光猛裝修,最鍾意係冇櫃桶檯,唔使食餐飯都撞到膝頭,獨食,撐檯腳,小家飯都啱使,要再試下其他菜式,希望做到飯堂。

味道好,冇煮一擗嘢,廚房師傅有料到,環境就普通,唔係而家嗰類茶餐廳大光猛裝修,最鍾意係冇櫃桶檯,唔使食餐飯都撞到膝頭,獨食,撐檯腳,小家飯都啱使,要再試下其他菜式,希望做到飯堂。
