To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友收工食飯決定嚟試一試大家都未試過嘅woodlands印度素食餐廳。印度對我哋來講有好多開心嘅回憶，食完之後都好有驚喜。我哋兩個人叫咗paper masala dosa, somosas(雜菜素角), paratha(烤薄餅)同paneer palak(牛油芝士菠菜咖喱)。圖中就係paper masala dosa同右下角係samosas。samosas上到枱係啱啱炸起，熱辣辣，我相信所有熱辣辣嘅嘢食都會為本身嘅味道加分，餡料好足，始終係薯仔，其實一開始食咗半舊都已經飽飽地🤣Paper masala dosa塊薄脆由一開始食食到最尾都係咁脆卜卜，仲帶點鹹香，基本上枱枱都有叫呢款，佢入邊嘅餡同samosas大同小異，都係好飽肚嘅薯仔同幾款豆。有時候食印度野好怕香料味太重會有啲苦苦嘅味道，佢拿捏得幾好，味道不錯。👍🏾Paneer palak 其實即係芝士菠菜咖哩，我哋另外配多咗兩塊paratha。佢又唔會太辣。芝士係似cottage cheese咁，有淡淡嘅奶香。本身叫佢係因為知道我哋叫咗嘅野有好多薯仔同澱粉質，叫個清少少應該會食得晒，點知我哋都係挑戰失敗😂其實如果兩個人去嘅話真係pa
