To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這一間上樓台灣小店,不是朋友介紹都不懂得去,第一次是星期六lunch的時候去,太多人了,又肚餓,唯有下次再嘗試.星期五的lunch,終於有機會嘗試了,一入去,很有台灣懷舊的感覺,叫了lunch set ,不過不失,不算很驚喜,但裝修懷舊,加上不斷播國語歌,很有置身台灣的感覺,很久冇去旅行了,很是掛念,唯有當在台灣小店吃飯中!一入去時,説明只係一個半鐘頭吃飯時間,當天已經過了吃飯時間,食客已經陸續離開,不是太多人,所以我們用餐超過了二個多小時,也沒有人摧促我離開,值得一贊!❤️❤️
