黃埔新邨近期開咗一間好有心的餐廳、佢哋主打去骨海南雞飯、雞肉鮮嫩幼滑,入口帶有雞油香味,完全沒有雞臊味又不太肥膩。除咗海南雞本身好食之外,佢哋嘅汁將配料亦值得一讚。跟餐配上紫菜雞骨湯,店員話無添加,的確好鮮味!
今次冇食佢哋嘅雞油飯,下次一定要試一下!
一般食肆海南雞只會提供薑蓉、但係呢間餐廳就會提供薑蔥蓉!薑蔥蓉混和一齊,真係令到海南雞味提鮮!
整體份量尚算足夠,價格亦算合理,小店經營,加上用心製作,值得支持!
