To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚叫了兩碟小菜,其中一碟是什麼腰果炒牛柳。我已經指住餐牌,照住餸菜名稱讀出,講得清楚清楚,夥計仍要落錯單,真係求助無門,忽然來了一碟黑椒牛柳。算了,唔想浪費,都係牛柳啫,亦唔想人家蝕本。再講下單後夥計有印單放在枱面。冇為意,冇理由錯嘅冇核實,都唔係藉口。千錯萬錯,爭拗起上嚟,都唔會係夥計的錯。講遠咗添。初時見到碟野一件件牛柳黑蚊蚊,都有些不詳預感。點知夾件牛柳入口才知中伏。乾爭爭,冇肉汁,咬唔入,口感似食緊乾了的肉乾。結果成碟留係枱。討回公道?算罷啦。
