To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前團年飯黎左呢度食,整體感覺唔錯!望落去都幾闊落而且又唔會好嘈,口岩曬我呢的鍾意中餐既人~個人認為個鮑魚鵝掌最好,個鮑魚幾好咬口,d醬汁都幾好味,但輸在份量少左d。年糕都ok,係薄左d咯。。。最唔鍾意就係個個湯圓!淡繆繆,咩味都無,生果一齊上更加凸顯淡而無味!總體黎講就一般般啦,環境係唔錯既。
