完全明白點解$25茶位因為透明通窿茶具☕️真係好香好靚好IG-worthy！成功吸引大家📸食先！😅Can obviously taste the rosy flavour and mostly importantly catch all our attention with its IG worthy tea set. ☕️🍶

🦆#白菌火鴨酥 $80
Deep-fried diced roasted duck puff with button mushrooms
外層炸得鬆脆但唔油膩！內層汁唔算多，火鴨味道亦可更重！🤨
😚Nicely plated in swingy nest-like decorations. Crispy but not oily outer layer. 🤩 However, the duck puff doesn’t surprise me since I couldn’t taste much of it. 😔

Marinated red jellyfish with spring onion oil
食親都好貴但仍吸引我！最緊要海蜇頭新鮮爽口，調味嘅蔥油麻油亦要夠味！呢度果然做到！不錯不錯！但呢個價錢就稍微貴咗少少！😅
Jellyfish is one of the signature Shanghai dishes. 😚The sauce with spring onion oil and sesame oil is seasoned well but the price is a bit too high though. 🤭

Steamed rice flour rolls filled with barbecued pork loin glazed with honey sauce
腸粉夠滑，皮夠薄，料夠滿！唔會得一兩舊叉燒！叉燒亦有調味過先捲！有心機！😚
🧐Thin layer of rice flour and the completely filled well-seasoned pork loin can see the chef’s detail minded personality in cooking. 😎

皮薄爽口，但略嫌有點鹹！🧂
Thin layer of flour but a bit salty of filling. Just ok!

Steamed minced pork dumplings with shrimp topped with crab roe
燒賣反而做得出色！無肥肉！但肉汁同蝦汁一咬即爆！🤩
Minded pork is not fatty at all. And the filling of pork and shrimp matches with all the essence in your mouth once bitten. 😍

龍蝦湯好濃亦都好多海鮮料！加上脆米卜卜聲喺口入面融化係味覺嘅享受！
👍🏻👏🏻Nice lobster broth! Really thick texture and strong in flavour! A nice contrast of smooth broth and crispy rice! 🥳But still a bit salty. 😣

Braised E-fu noodles and wild mushrooms with black truffle oil
中規中矩！松露油唔會吝嗇，所以好重味！但因為伊麵比較肥所以餓妹子無食太多！只試咗少少味但亦帶少少鹹！😅
Rich truffle taste! 👍🏻However not too outstanding since we could have it everywhere. A bit salty too. 🙈

Barbecued suckling pig, poultry and meat combination
呢個價錢，我expect more！🤔份量真係太少！😤就算個乳豬皮有幾脆都無補於事！😑
🙅🏻♀️Marks have been drastically deducted due to too small in size. Let alone the suckling pig 🐽 has a nice crispy barbecued skin. 😜

Sweetened almond cream with egg white
以前👩🏻餓妹子明明唔食杏仁茶，但年紀越大，逐漸愛上❤️！🤦🏻♀️可能滋陰！蛋白份量夠，但質地略稀，翠亨村好味d！😜(呢個真係雞蛋挑骨頭，因為已經算好好味)
The sweetened almond cream could be thicker but it’s already No.2🥈on my list right after Tsui Hang Village.

✔️Great environment and not too crowded but would be even more perfect with a sea view! 🌊
👌🏻The food is generally a bit salty.🧂
💁🏻♀️Friendly reminder: Do consider if you are coming in a big group 👨👩👧👦👫👧🏻👦🏻👶🏻since there are only one table for 12 and one long table for 24 in their VIP room.
