To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次walk in諗住去試竟然full左無位,第二次提早卜定位,一入到去成個感覺就係懷舊既台灣味,加上啲擺設,餐廳環境係幾舒服👍👍試既都係食台灣菜必點菜式,牛肉麵味道唔錯,湯底清清地,不過感覺上唔係太正宗🙃滷肉飯既味道就相對比較淡,似係變左港版既滷肉飯,可以一試,不過唔係想像中既台灣味🙈另外仲有滷味拼盤同醉雞,醉雞係類似切片既雞卷,好扎實既肉,而且有淡淡既酒香🤩拼盤就不過不失,可試可不試
