To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為係平日入大澳,所以好多小食店都冇開,行下行下唔經唔覺就嚟到大澳文物酒店,即係活化咗既舊警處。我地參觀完之後見到上面既餐廳好靚,就入咗去食。餐廳環境一流,採用玻璃屋頂設計,感覺同周圍既自然環境融為一體。店員安排我地坐窗邊位,可以睇到海景,加上食客唔多,喺度一邊食野一邊傾計真係好舒服。因為大家都唔太肚餓,所以揀咗比較有特色既蝦醬雞翼同埋紫貝天葵芝士餅。蝦醬雞翼既醬汁係混合咗沙律醬同蝦醬,所以食落有淡淡既蝦醬味,用嚟點沙律都唔會有違和感。至於雞翼就本身醃過,有少少鹹味,所以同蝦醬好夾。至於紫貝天葵,佢本身味道酸酸地,有d似山楂。不過因為佢好快上,而我地係食完雞翼至食佢,所以食既時候個餅底好林,下次要同店員講遲d先上。
