To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這兩個月先後光顧了幾間美心集團中菜,包括金鐘北京樓,中環重開的紫玉蘭,和昨晚的太古城潮庭,感覺一致:裝修很好,食物只能稱普通,有些更是差。昨晚五個人,六菜一湯,加三飯兩粉一甜品。菜有魚有肉有蝦有鵝,極失望是蘭度炒蝦仁,上檯已睇出是最低檔,雪到透明的蝦,入口完全無味;情況和北京樓及紫玉蘭完全一樣,有冇搞錯?以後是否要在美心集團戒叫蝦?牛肉都唔得呀,上次一口梳打粉,完全無牛味和質感。咁都一千一百元,物非所值。
