踏入王子飯店，肚子餓得咕咕叫，決定一於撲頭船嚟個點心大合奏🥢！首先，「西班牙黑毛豬叉燒」真系勁，叉燒賣相吸引，肉質彈牙得嚟又唔乾，味道正宗到彈起。跟住嚟個「萬壽果豬肚南北杏」湯，飲落去真系醇香得滯，透心涼，感覺整個人都提神醒腦☀️。講得多都唔及親自試，「蝦籽扒柚皮」真系得令得令！柚皮個潮味消失得無影無踨，同蝦籽呢對好拍檔，呢個組合真係嘆為觀止。至於「豉蒜秋葵」，完全顛覆咗我對秋葵嘅認識，蒜香味巧妙中和咗秋葵嘅黏稠，夾埋豉味，簡直係美味得嚟又健康💪。邊吃邊諗，呢個「天下第一包」同「翡翠帶子餃」，都系咁樣，咬落去得個皮薄餡美噴香，軟中帶口感，正！話時話，難忘「藥膳雞腳」，藥材味濃郁到飲口湯汁就已經覺得身體暖笠笠👌。最後嚟個「上湯浸豆苗」，豆苗鮮嫩，湯頭鮮美，完美收官。當我喺呢裡享受每一啖食物嘅時候，眼前仿佛浮現咗這家店嘅用心同埋每道菜嘅質素，真正感受到食物背後嘅故事。呢次食評，其實好想話你知，王子飯店嘅點心真系精彩非凡！👑
