9月又係一眾好朋友的生日。早幾日見到呢間餐廳好日本風,岩哂我同朋友。一於邀請朋友黎慶祝生日。江户時代的餐廳,每個角落都靚到好似置身於日本當中🎎餐廳仲要有兩位日本福岡師傅坐陣。餐廳的座位闊落,又舒服的榻榻米,都又包箱的位置。適合一家大小、三五好友、情侶等人。MENU 的相片都好吸引,每一樣都好想試。今次我地係衝住壽喜燒而來的,當然必叫。最後我地選擇左以下的食物。1.汁煮白梅貝($98)日式汁煮的白梅貝,食落新鮮鮮甜鮮嫩,爽口且帶嚼口。2. 空運時令五點--廚師發板($500)包括太刀、中拖羅、新鮮帆立貝、真調和牡丹蝦。全部都非常新鮮,且每款都厚切,非常鮮甜!擺盤亦具心思。最愛牡丹蝦的彈性、爽口及鮮味!和原隻大大粒的新鮮鮮甜帆立貝。而魚方面,個人最愛太刀,肉身較厚,脂肪豐富,鮮度十足,口感極佳!3.一瀧極上一羹杯飯($90/件)一羹杯飯岩哂唔太食飯的我😂但呢口飯亦是我覺得最特別最鮮味的一羹。飯上鋪左入口軟綿綿的吞拿魚蓉和新鮮鮮甜的日本海膽,配上粒粒的三文魚籽和曬上金箔,食落有一種幸福的感覺。4.三瀨雞全翼一夜干($78)燒雞翼的火喉控制得不錯,皮脆肉嫩,鎖住肉汁。4.A4宮崎和牛壽喜燒($
