天漸涼,總想吃些能保溫長些時間的食物。煲仔飯是冬日常想到的呵!常吃臘腸、雞等的,今次試些較新的配搭。茘茸肉碎煲仔飯,兩個如雪糕球大小的茘茸下,飯面鋪滿肉碎冬菇粒。員工服務周到,趕唔切照相已淋上了醬油了。一般煲仔飯醬油都只是色深微鹹,這裏亦是。茘茸軟滑,撈飯混和碎肉一起吃,口感超豐富,粒粒軟糯的飯粒被茘茸包住吃,滑中帶依韌,充滿了芋泥的味道。小炒皇,有韮菜花、蝦米、蝦干、鮮魷、蝦、菜甫、腰果,食材很多。特別有菜甫,爽爽鹹香。不過韮菜花應是先焯過才炒,少了鑊氣。
