To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近，在上環行街，有個女生派傳單，原來是新店 <榮華南洋冰室>！ 小店位於上環差館上街中間，對面是 Upper Modern Bistro！店子有兩個門口，分別是差館上街及一條小橫巷！供應：港式、泰式、南洋...等...美食！早餐 8:00~11:00/ 下午茶 2:30~5:00 由 $26~$42另可選 $38 的福麵餐送熱飲/ 凍飲+$3/ 特飲、支裝雪碧、忌廉+10/支裝可樂+15/ 椰青+20星期六早上，這裡寧靜舒適！紙皮石地板、掛上方形掛畫，簡約的冰室裝潢！播放電視打破沉悶氣氛， 桌上已備有調味料、餐具及牙簽..等。略嫌叉子生銹！特色南洋早餐：蜜味粟米杯 $15、南洋烤多士 配㗎吔 $26、龍眼冰 (特飲+$10)=$51蜜味粟米杯 $15恐怕不夠飽，點了一個粟米杯！ 雖然粟米細細粒，但是很甜美！南洋烤多士 配㗎吔 $26多士烤至表面金黃香脆！㗎吔味道甜美，跟蓮蓉有幾分相似！龍眼冰 "少冰"(特飲+$10)男店員提醒我先攪拌才飲，否則會好甜！加入梳打水，就算叫少冰依然有不少冰，冰涼透心，粒粒龍眼肉爽清甜！ 拌勻後，甜度恰到好處！
