晚餐想食得特別d,係上環選擇咁多,一於試下呢間近地鐵站嘅點心店啦。一入到去見到e d咁懷舊嘅公雞擺設,好得意呀!雖然叫就叫點心店,但選擇都幾多,唔只得點心:menu分哂唔同「專區」,尤其係有圖果d更加吸引,所以我地係廚師推介選左幾樣,然後比較特別嘅老干媽料理同邪惡系列各選一個,最後加個蒸飯。由於點心係即叫即蒸,所以都要等一陣先有得食,不過好快就已經有點心到!不愧係招牌點心,真係好大粒,漲卜卜咁大過乒乓波,夾起黎都有d聚手✋一食落去口感好特別,燒賣皇固然要有大大隻蝦,圍住蝦側邊嘅肉都好滑好爽,唔係軟林林嘅肥豬肉黎架喎!八卦問下,原來係雞肉,唔怪得口感咁特別,真係無試過,既然唔係肥豬肉,咁安心食多粒啦☺️到蝦餃啦,一樣咁有份量,個皮唔會痴底,一夾就起,食落幾滑,隻蝦好大,斯文嘅女仔一啖過係放唔哂入口架。好快其他點心已經黎齊,放滿成枱,我唔算細食都覺得份量真係唔細。呢個係我最期待嘅和風脆皮海鮮腸,因為就咁睇個名真係估計唔到裏面有啲乜嘢特別,張圖又比較細,唯有自己叫個試下啦。一嚟到已經覺得賣相好靚好特別,原來和風係指上面嗰啲嘅木魚絲同埋紫菜絲,好似章魚燒上面嗰啲郁郁下,好有動感。其他地方食過一啲

好快其他點心已經黎齊,放滿成枱,我唔算細食都覺得份量真係唔細。呢個係我最期待嘅和風脆皮海鮮腸,因為就咁睇個名真係估計唔到裏面有啲乜嘢特別,張圖又比較細,唯有自己叫個試下啦。一嚟到已經覺得賣相好靚好特別,原來和風係指上面嗰啲嘅木魚絲同埋紫菜絲,好似章魚燒上面嗰啲郁郁下,好有動感。其他地方食過一啲嘅脆皮腸粉,都係由春捲皮所整,但呢個又唔係喎,係鬆脆唔係卜卜聲果種,入面都係爽滑大隻嘅鮮蝦,就係咁一個點心就已經包括咗唔同嘅質感,包括滑浖浖嘅外皮、鬆脆嘅中層同埋爽口嘅饀,幾有驚喜,下次帶朋友黎一定再叫!

鍾意食酸嘢仍然係我嘅特點,所以專登叫左個紅油三寶過下癮。呢個菜式係點心紙上面冇架,都係喺廚師推介嗰個餐牌上面咁啱見到,紅油炒手就食得多,不過咁少人六件一樣嘅會有啲悶,呢度炒手、餛飩、水餃各有兩件就啱啱好可以試齊曬咁多味道喇,六件已經要用咁大隻碟裝哂,證明又係好大粒啊😂初頭仲驚食點心唔易飽叫多d。個汁係以微酸同微辣為主,唔會太多油,上面有辣椒碎、蔥花、炸蒜調味,令個汁更香,如果你本身分唔到上面嗰三種餃類嘅食物係點嘅話,一次過認識曬就啱曬喇,個皮、大細、饀料都唔同架。

然後個飯就嚟喇,呢個就係鮑魚汁花膠花菇飯,我以為中式嘅蒸飯同酒樓一樣分量唔太多,一嚟到望到嗰個盎先知又深又闊,鋪滿曬係白飯上面嘅白色東西就係花膠啦,估唔到多到咁,仲幾厚添,絕對唔使擔心食食下唔夠送啊,我建議頭嗰幾啖唔需要加額外嘅調味料,可以試下鮑汁同香菇本身嘅鮮味先,一般嘅蒸飯食到底都會覺得有啲油,今次反而冇喎,感覺幾健康。

當然唔少得邪惡系列啦,本身都想試西多,但係夜晚食真係有啲過分,於是揀左流沙包。一搣開少少已經有好多黃色流沙湧緊出嚟,即刻啜返啖先
然後搣開佢,發現原來有真正嘅鹹蛋黃喺裏面,比較深色啲嘅粒粒就係喇,好香濃好滑,而且有一個放左十分鐘以上仲係流架

食得辣嘅朋友我都好推介老干媽銀針粉,佢唔算真係好辣,但係呢個配搭真係好特別,側邊金黃色炸嘅並唔係圍邊,而係真係一個碗嚟架,開頭我淨係識得「不」銀針粉同埋搣側邊嗰啲脆脆嚟食,後嚟店員提醒,其實精華係喺個底啊因為佢索曬老乾媽辣醬嘅味道,一試之後我哋真係清曬成個底,真係好特別啊,一個餸可以有兩個唔同嘅口感,又有得玩

溫馨提示:由於點心分量都幾足,所以叫嗰時可以考慮下先,女仔嚟講兩個點心左右其實都飽,男仔呢三個都夠,仲有飯,為免浪費我地真係食到好飽。


值得讚賞:專登喺食完幾個鐘先至寫食評,過程真係無乜口渴同滯住嘅感覺,男朋友本身對味精易敏感都無不良反應,而且味道冇一般中式食肆咁鹹咁濃,真係原味道。店員會主動收用完嘅碟同加茶,收前會問多句要唔要,避免誤會,好細心。


晚餐黎講唔算貴又飽肚,仲幾健康。
