To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角燒烤不嬲都幾出名,雖然聽過好多次,但係呢次都係我第一次嚟牛角呢度食燒烤。其他人我哋牛角食燒烤一定要叫牛肉,所以我都嚟到呢度叫咗牛肉而我都覺得真係幾好食嘅,但係價錢都偏貴。而且都有叫佢嗰個蛋紫菜飯,我仲叫咗好多唔同種類嘅餸菜用嚟燒烤,例如有:蜜糖雞肉,牛油帶子,魚片等等,我只係記得呢三樣食物因為呢兩樣真係實在太好食,特別係個蜜糖雞肉,烤完配埋個蜜糖醬真係不得了,加埋個魚片真係超好食,真係有彈牙又滑,希望遲啲疫情過後,之後快啲可以再嚟食啦!
