To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很喜歡牛角吃的到日式小食。我個人很喜歡吃章魚燒, 想不到牛角的版本會令人如此喜出望外。首先它上桌時是冒煙的, 代表它十分的熱, 吃的時候直接感到燙口的, 已經大加分, 並不是翻熱那種熱力, 而是裡裡外外都透熱的。而且味道一點也不差, 不比那些章魚燒名店的差, 皮是有咬口的, 燒得很香口, 裡面是真材實料, 真的吃到章魚, 而且質感一點也不韌, 煮得恰到好處, 沾上沙律醬便已經超好食, 所以每次去牛角, 章魚燒都是我必點的, 明知會飽和滯都要點。而且不同套餐可以搭配不同醬料, 變化很多, 吃起來一點也不單調, 而是充滿期待和趣味的。
