火焰和風叉燒呢塊食落好似日式叉燒拉麵既叉燒甘,半肥瘦再用火焰燒香外層,芥末貢丸呢個係台灣丸食落有少少辣既芥末口感又辣得過癮、牛腩大大塊又厚肉,配左腩汁更香濃湯底河粉,呢度既河粉用左低溫殺菌技術,保持彈牙滑身質地,口感無甘淋。







另一碗叫左韭菜餃、沙嗲牛肉,豬頸肉米線加左辣菜脯,沙嗲牛肉同食茶餐廳既好似,估唔到車仔麵都可以有甘多變化。



避風塘炸雞腿:滿滿既避風塘辣粉口感炸雞腿即炸,脆卜卜口感唔錯。



咖哩三寶有豬皮,蘿蔔,魚蛋,個人鐘意佢既咖哩汁唔會好辣蘿蔔無渣軟綿綿口感。
