呢間616牛肉火鍋專門店,好有舊日香港嘅感覺,往日嘅食店燈箱,路牌都成為食店懷舊裝修嘅一份子。打邊爐最重要當然就係湯底,朋友決定點鴛鴦沙牛,即係沙爹配牛骨清湯。湯底一到,沙爹香味撲鼻,即刻用湯匙試下味道,已感到香濃惹味,忍唔住用響鈴小試牛刀,果然沙爹掛上響鈴,食得香脆又過引。另外一提,叫得牛肉火鍋店,特色當然就係有好多出面食唔到嘅牛部位,我地兩人就叫咗牛朴肉,封門柳,牛杭爪等等,雖然賣相平凡,不過一食就知與別不同,牛味濃郁,肥瘦適中,就係新鮮貨嘅分別啦。最令我深刻嘅一碟牛,就係滑尾龍配上生蛋,待應提點先攪拌再淥,果然口感幼滑,加上較厚身嘅牛肉,我地真係食唔停口。差點忙記一提就係另一半湯底,牛骨湯,真係就咁飲都好香牛味,加上後加半打招牌牛丸,真係絕配。牛丸軟彈岩岩好,唔似出面多粉多膠,真係誠意之作。食到最後加多個稻庭烏冬,真係好飽好滿足,下次一定會約多幾個老友再黎食。

最令我深刻嘅一碟牛,就係滑尾龍配上生蛋,待應提點先攪拌再淥,果然口感幼滑,加上較厚身嘅牛肉,我地真係食唔停口。
