溫馨提示:蓮香霸王鴨,冬瓜盅,蓮容焗布甸,都要訂枱時預訂喔。一開始帶咗粉葛例湯,好入味呀,飲得出味精冇油,養生之選!第二味係生炆龍躉頭腩,枝竹冬茹好入味,龍躉好彈牙新鮮。第三味係招牌菜蓮香霸王鴨!首先成隻鴨都整到好林,包括啲骨,秘製醬汁不搶鴨味,鴨裏面係釀咗好多唔同材料,有綠豆黃豆蓮子鹹蛋,端午節黎食簡直好應節!第四味係金銀蛋浸莧菜,由於其他餸菜都比較重口味,呢碟就係清泉,好大碟好扺食。第五味係豉油王大虎蝦,真係好味到不得了,蝦殼十分之趣,豉油味入晒落蝦身度,好野味!第六味係古法鴨腳包,呢樣餸幾特別新奇,裡面有叉燒,其他食唔出係咩,但幾野味。第七味係串燒金錢雞,有雞肝,叉燒同肥豬肉,一定要一啖食晒,齒頰留香。第八味係蓮蓉焗布甸,本身估佢會好甜,識落係完全唔甜呀,啱晒一啲減緊肥人士,甜美剛剛好,正!
