To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 農曆新年未敢四出拜年,初七後等到疫情穩定啲即約會銀狐長輩晚聚,並由蕃薯uncle欽點一嚐中環二星名店「營致會館」。中餐廳兩層高,正門設於橫街域多利皇后街,其落地玻璃設計當眼鮮明,不難找到。地下為三用嘅接待處、候座區及酒吧。通往上層用餐大堂可步上樓梯,或於干諾道中進入盈置大廈乘坐升降機。店子面積寬廣,以木地板襯托雲石桌面,感覺雅致通爽。四人散座分佈成內圓外方,近窗位置以半梳化合併式方形餐桌圍邊,其餘內側則擺出圓枱,配上厚墊椅櫈十分舒適。桌上有齊備嘅自用及公用餐具,中西合璧,整潔企理。小弟愚見,雲石餐桌雖看似有格調,不過對高級中菜廳而言,似乎舖返張枱布先能顯出其高雅嘅氣派,同時可提升衛生度及減低碗碟所產生嘅雜聲。散點餐牌共有九頁之多,可從官方網頁下載。如相所示,每頁下方除咗提及會收取加一服務費之外,仲講明要求食客「請將手機轉為靜音模式」。XO仔早於電話訂座前參閱過,方便為晚宴預先定下菜單,到用餐當日,早到可以飲住等,人齊就可以起餸。請留意,雜項收費包括茶芥$45/位及開瓶費$500/樽。服務生溫文有禮,加添酒水、更換新碟等功夫全為自動波,食客反映意見後更迅即調整,誠懇及專業之態度實屬難得,
