臨近農曆新年,連西餐廳都好有中式氣氛。估唔到連阿根廷餐廳都同燈籠處處,睇嚟呢個老細都幾重視中國節日氣氛。落咗order之後,職員就會擺低一碟法包,外皮真係有啲硬,但係個心又好軟熟,點橄欖油加黑醋真係一流。前菜我哋叫咗一個醃鴨胸,佢嘅做法有啲似火腿,都係風乾咗,咁鹹嘅情況下,配埋醃青瓜葉洋蔥同埋芝士,完全可以中和咗嗰種鹹味,係好正㗎。然後我哋仲叫咗個帶子刺身,帶子刺身北海道,真係好鮮甜。再加埋佢哋呢種西式嘅青醬汁,味道又真係幾夾。呢度食牛係出名,我哋就聽咗職員嘅建議叫咗個T骨,兩個人嗌500 g原本以為支骨咁大個份量應該唔會好多,但係原來上到嚟都真係好大份。佢本身配咗六種唔同嘅醬,但係因為佢燒嘅時候已經加咗鹽,所以我覺得唔係最好味,點左就別有一番風味。我哋叫咗三成熟,始終係做開呢啲燒牛肉,佢哋嘅熟度真係拿捏得啱啱好,個肉真係好嫩,而出邊嗰一層有少少燒燶嘅焦香味,真係好正。主食方面,我哋叫咗個阿根廷紅蝦意粉,呢個意粉都不得了,因為佢個蝦膏味真係好濃郁,瞌埋眼嘅話我以為自己叫咗個龍蝦湯,而佢啲蝦肉都切碎咗,有啲似刺身嘅感覺,同樣都係好鮮甜。
