To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於黃金地段, 以翡翠食物的質素, 收費算是十分合理。難怪常常客滿。我們六時前到達，已經很多客人，坐下不久，門外要排隊了。 干煸四季豆，不太油膩，不太老。但味道跟以前有點不同，今次是帶點甜，感覺有點怪怪的。百頁結烤肉的瘦肉部份看似乾乾，但咬下發現肉是原來很腍很入味。茶香燻乳鴿的鴿子比較瘦小, 肉質亦有點乾, 茶燻味很濃, 但略嫌咸味不夠。翡翠拉麵是集團式經營，不會有任何驚喜。 通常跟期望亦不會有太大出入。 是穩穩陣陣的選擇。
