打邊爐係香港人嘅至愛,一年365日都要烚下烚下!今日黎到元朗依間火鍋店,走懷舊風,裝潢都好古色古香。日頭係做冰室生意,夜晚主打邊爐,都有提供其他小菜。鮮飽魚雞煲($228/半隻),用咗花椒、八角、薑蒜、洋蔥等等嘅香料生炒爆香,令到雞肉充滿住香料嘅精華同醬香味~ 飽魚有4隻,飽滿得黎又鮮甜。雞煲食得七七八八後就可以加湯打邊爐,食材種類繁多,而且非常高質。至尊牛三拼($388)。上層係安格斯牛柳粒,肉味濃郁,好有口感;中層係牛利托,外面軟腍嫩口,裡面有少少肉筋帶出煙韌彈性嘅感覺;下層係牛頸脊,肉質鮮甜,好滿足~珊瑚蚌($50),平時好少食,估唔到咁爽口,爽滑得黎soak埋啲醬汁就更惹味。美國殼飼黑豚肉($98),肥瘦均勻,非常結實有口感,一啲都唔騷。
