To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友係中環返工話最近見到間好特別既麵館，於是我地就去試下🤔入到去個裝修好特別，好有上深圳食麻辣野個d小店feel😲真係有辣野食，最衰今日有少少喉嚨痛，唔係可以試下佢既辣有幾正😭 不過小食都係忍唔住叫咗個棒棒雞食，佢個辣好正係慢慢出黎🙈 個朋友一開始仲話唔辣，點知食食下咀都紅埋😂 再叫個蒸蛋試下因爲見佢係限量🤔 點解蒸蛋都可以係限量？！因為佢真係好滑，可以滑到好似飲野咁就咁呑落肚🤣我叫咗碗白湯牛肉麵，另加鹵蛋同牛肚☺️ 牛肉同牛肚都好腍，連平時唔中意食牛肚既朋友都係咁偷食我d牛肚😤 下次真係要再黎試下紅湯先得朋友叫咗酸菜豬肚面，個酸菜好好食好開胃，搞到佢食食下都要再另加多一份酸菜😆估唔到中環都有呢款麵店，中環返工既朋友又多一個選擇啦👍🏻
