To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

為左麻醬伴麵而來

平時主要都喺食米線多，今次我地去左附近小店試下山東餃子同粉麵。✨麻醬伴麵聽聞呢到既麻醬伴麵都幾出名，我地都特別叫左一碗齊齊食。麻醬好香花生味，食落咸咸地，麵質喺偏軟腍個種，每條麵條都均勻沾上麻醬，麵同個醬又真喺幾夾。雖然麻醬好味，但食多幾口都開始有飽濟同油膩感，所以同朋友share喺最好。我地另外都試左兩款餃子，餃子皮薄透餡，每隻都包得好飽滿。✨津白鮮肉水餃 一份有十隻水餃，津白餡味道清清地，豬肉新鮮，但整體味道唔算好特出。✨金肉滿堂鮮肉水餃反而呢款水餃味道突出好多，粒粒金黃色的粟米除了加添了水餃的口感，更帶出了豬肉的鮮味，味道甜甜地好好食。最後叫多左串烤羊肉串，羊肉偏瘦所以烤完出來肉質較為乾硬，亦都欠缺羊肉那陣獨有的油膻香味。調味方面，羊肉串面頭灑滿了味粉和自然等香辛料，食落都幾重口味。肉串要20元一串，個人覺得唔值得特別去試。
