上星期四晚七點幾喺灣仔,一行二人想去食粉麵,行到去莊士頓道就比我發現咗呢一間粉麵舖叫做新豐記, 行過去門口睇下發現佢都幾忙,好多人幫襯,張張枱都有客人.咁我就諗佢應該啲嘢都唔錯先至有咁多人幫襯咁就試下啦!依間舖佢標榜自己係魚蛋同牛雜嘅專家! 咁我同埋我朋友就叫咗潮州四寶河粉,牛雜河粉同埋油菜(菜心)叫咗嘢之後大約五分鐘左右,碗潮州四寶河粉同埋碗牛雜河粉就嚟咗放咗喺我枱面! 兩碗嘢個賣相都幾靚仔! 分量亦十分知足夠, 影完相之後, 我朋友就夾咗一粒潮州四寶裏面嘅魚蛋同埋一粒魚扎畀我試, 我想講佢哋粒魚蛋嘅口感係唔錯嘅,都幾彈牙亦唔會太鹹,但係欠缺咗一啲魚嘅鮮味, 而魚扎就做得幾細緻,裏面係有一啲芹菜喺度嘅! 魚扎口感較為特別,外面嘅魚肉十分彈牙,而因為有西芹喺裏面嘅關,係咬到裏面時有少少脆卜卜嘅口感,十分之過癮! 呢度嘅魚扎絕對值得一試!講下我嗰個牛雜河粉,我首先第一件事就係試一試佢個湯底嘅味道,味道都幾鮮甜, 唔會太鹹, 河粉幼細彈牙亦都冇overcooked, 牛雜嘅份量係十足嘅,味道亦都唔錯, 做到保留牛雜嘅鮮味! 值得一提嘅就係喺牛雜裏面,佢嘅牛肺做得特別好食,好煙韌彈牙! 唯一
