To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

$117 Char-grilled NZ rib eye steak午市套餐包括了前菜、主菜、甜品及餐飲。前菜的沙律除了沙律菜外，還配有烚蛋及火腿。是次主菜點選了肉眼牛扒，值得一讚是廚房掌握到5成熟火喉，外帶點焦香，跟餐另配上薯角及蔬菜。另有同桌點選了雞肉墨西哥卷，分量極大，卷物的直徑幾乎比我的拳頭大。遺憾是墨西哥卷的餡料只有生蕃茄沒有生菜，而且跟餐只配薯條，沒有蔬菜，是比較熱氣的選擇。甜品每次不一樣，今次配有朱古力brownie蛋糕。餐廳可選室內/室外座位，而大部分的食品均低於百元，每數星期會轉餐牌，是可以一試再試的餐廳。
