經過此小店,心想,日本的拉麵小店也極用心,如有一半水準也不錯,結果.............如標題一樣!
豬骨湯底义燒拉麵:只有咸味的湯底,配上厚切且硬蹦蹦的义燒,拉麵也太硬了。
豚肉生薑燒飯:小弟從懂事開始,從未見過(或聽聞)此飯會用"豬柳“,對,是至少一厘米厚的豬柳,煎熟切件淋上生薑汁!
看罷還有甚麼期望可言!
晚上還要吃餅充饑!!!!!
