To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

肉骨茶有健脾活血、袪濕抗病的作用,近日天氣潮濕,就去開業超過十年的肉骨皇補吓身先。聽店主講,因為疫情關係,有些食物暫不提供,例如炒蘿蔔糕和咖吔麫包等都要暫停。唔緊要啦,來肉骨皇都係想食肉骨茶啫。我們兩個人叫了一窩細的招牌肉骨茶($128)加配米粉($15)上桌後用小火爐加熱待煮滾,便可享用。以二人份量來說非常足料,有4件一字骨和兩件豬骨,還有豆卜、支竹、金菇、鮮菇和杞子。湯底是加入了黑醬油的黑湯底,雖然藥材味甚淡,但就很濃郁。由於湯底濃郁偏鹹,建議大家加配米粉或白飯,它的米粉是銀絲米粉,軟滑索湯,很好食。另外也建議大家食完肉飲完湯才叫其它食物,一來因為份量足,食完便知自己的飽餓程度,再點其它也未遲;二來肉骨茶會愈煮愈鹹,不適宜等待食完其它再回頭。我們KO完整窩肉骨茶和米粉後,再點了個檳城蝦餅($75)6件圓圓的蝦餅即叫即炸,外皮是麵包糠,非常酥脆,蝦滑爽口得來很鬆化。不過油稍多,瀝油步驟需注意一下。
