真係好耐冇食過正宗潮州滷水,特別係滷水鵝,鵝頭、鵝頸、鵝腎、鵝掌、鵝翼等咩都有。
我哋叫咗午市套餐嘅金牌滷水鵝片飯&滷水雙拼飯(豬耳/豬大腸),附送咖啡或茶,仲可以加錢轉例湯。
呢度嘅鵝肉果然好正👍🏻一啲都唔油膩,味道好正宗,直程同我去潮州時食嘅滷肉一樣味道

仲好足料添,有魚片,配潮州嘅榨菜,酸得來又甜甜地,鵝片點埋餐廳特制嘅蒜蓉醋同滷水汁,真係一流!

雙拼飯嘅豬耳同豬大腸都好值得推介,豬耳脆爽彈牙,豬大腸口感嚼勁,唔會好硬之餘,味道濃郁
