原址的「彪記牛丸」退休了;喜吃的邊河及牛丸沒有了。新開的潮州牛肉店也有坑腩河、牛丸、牛皇餃及牛雜;坐下試試。先一碗牛坑腩湯河 - 牛湯比「彪記」淡一些,河粉是潮州式的、腩邊有少肥確鬆化。跟上牛丸拼牛皇餃 - 牛丸是彈牙的及不羶 (個人認為「彪記」的牛丸的牛味重一些)。牛皇餃是皮滑及牛味濃。值得推介。下次再來便試試滷水牛雜,找找與嘉麗園不同之處。
