To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳走懷舊風裝修,一路播住懷舊嘅音樂,幾有feel。滿漢牛肉麵 餐牌話集清燉半肉麵、紅燒牛肉麵、拌麵,三種吃法。但係嚟到只係見到兩種食法,搵唔到拌麵。清淡牛肉麵嘅湯非常清,清到我只係飲到蘿蔔味。配搭粗麵味道比較淡。牛腱好韌同又黐牙,硬到咬唔落 ! 最後放棄唔食。紅燒牛肉麵嘅味道冇清湯咁plain,但係整體都係較淡,唔係期待嗰種濃郁嘅紅燒味。至於牛肉比起呢個清湯嘅牛腱嫩滑好多,易咬。而牛筋就非常軟腍。跟餐嘅沙律幾爽脆,有啲蘿蔔增加爽爽口感,唔會太酸。鮮芋拿鐵 飲唔到芋頭香味,亦唔係芋泥嘅質感。總結:本來見佢裝修幾有feel,覺得可以試下唔同嘢食,但個麵咁普通,引唔起興趣再試其他。
