雖然南記口味同譚仔唔同,但南記普遍黎講算清清淡淡,都幾健康。
今日無咩胃口,去左買一個南記,人龍唔算長,等左大概10分鐘左右就拎得。

因為想食健康d,所以我額外仲加左個菜。
個菜$10幾蚊,成大碗,比起其他店舖算抵食,加埋個2餸河粉,粉量岩岩好。
但如果有得比我揀,我都想食下譚仔或者3哥,因為佢果個雞翼同埋口水雞真係超正!


To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
